ORDERING YOUR STATIONERY

_1. Place your order
Contact us via email and let us know which design you'd like to order and the quantities required. We will send you a quotation and a list of a details that are needed to produce your design proofs. We require payment prior to commencement of design work and include available payment options on your invoice. Please return your information, after carefully checking dates, times and spellings etc. If you'd like to specify your own wording, check, check and check again that all is in order before emailing it through, as this will minimise the need for reproofing.

2. Design
Once we have received your information and payment, we will work on your design and email through the first design proof within 1-3 working days. Two rounds of proof revisions are included, which will give us plenty of time to refine your design until it is perfect. Any proofs above the three free rounds are charged at £15 each. Upon receipt of a proof, if revisions are required, try to include all changes needed clearly and concisely in your first email back to us. Sometimes it helps to ask another party to check the design and wording.

3. Approval and printing
When you are happy with your design and have approved your proofs we are ready to go to press. Hard copies of your digitally printed stationery can be posted for £10 prior to order printing if requested. With regret, due to the time and costs involved in setting up a letterpress print run, we cannot send hard copies of letterpress stationery prior to full order printing.

4. Post
We will have your stationery printed, packaged and posted within 10 working days of final proof approval. Stationery is sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery, UPS, DHL or Interlink Next Day Courier. We only use tracked services and packages will require a signature upon delivery.

5. Further stationery
If you've ordered your wedding invitations or save the dates with us and require further coordinating stationery at a later date, no worries! We keep your design on file for 6 months after your wedding date, so we can coordinate fully and keep your look consistent.

CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICE

_We are normally knee deep in bespoke design projects and sometimes we cannot offer this service due to a hefty workload. If you’re looking to order a custom design, please allow a little extra time. Pricing for custom stationery orders is quantity dependent and is generally 30% higher than that of our range pricing. Please contact us with your numbers and a design brief for a quotation.

Here’s the custom order process:

1. Talk to us about your ideas    
We explore your ideas, colours, themes to arrive at an initial concept for your design. We like to have a firm design brief, so please take time to consider font styles, specific imagery and wording. Any inspirational material you can provide is helpful too! Please note, if you have seen a design you like elsewhere, we'd advise you contact the original designer to place an order. We would never attempt to recreate someone else's design. 

2. Approve pricing and timescales     
• You approve the quote and timescale given.     

• Next, payment is required prior to commencement of design work.     

• You submit your wedding details or specified wording.     

• We begin to create your custom design.

3. Approve design proofs     
• We send you proofs of your custom stationery within 1-3 working days.  
  
• We include 2 rounds of design proof revisions. Any proofs above the three included are charged at £15 each.     

• We revise these proofs based on your feedback. 
    
• Once you approve the final proof, your design is ready to print.

4. Your stationery is printed and delivered within 7-10 working days.
